File Directories... The 'W' Command
The W command has two forms:
W is used to list the File Directories available. Ignore any
numbers, etc.
W Directoryname is used to list the files in the directory available
for downloading.
When you type W by itself, you get a list of the directories in
the file area of the bbs. Directories are 'places' that
files are stored. Each directory has a name that is discriptive
of the files stored within the directory. For instance, the
directory 'DX' would have files pertaining to DX activities.
When you type W followed by a directory name.. ie; W DX, you
will get a listing of all the files in the DX directory. These
files may be 'downloaded', or printed out using the D command.
You may upload new files to the directory to which it pertains
with the U command.
